This
webinar by the Smoking
Cessation Leadership Center is specifically intended to engage psychiatric
nursing and pharmacy faculty in a discussion about tobacco dependence treatment
and assess the value of the Psychiatry Rx for Change curriculum within academic
settings. Participants will engage in an interactive polling session to
generate audience feedback. This feedback will be used to inform future
strategies to ensure that graduates from health professional degree programs
are equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate quitting among smokers
with co-occurring disorders.
